Lead Lab Shift Manager – Diagnostics & QC

Randox Laboratories employs a shift supervisor to oversee the regional Randox Clinical Laboratory Services laboratory operations at Great Portland Street in London. You will manage the shift’s people, resources and performance to ensure testing is accurate, safe and timely.

The role requires leading the shift team, maintaining KPIs for productivity, quality and turnaround, coordinating with clinics and customer support, and acting as incident lead to resolve issues in real time.
