Senior Deputy Manager – Children’s Homes & Care Leadership

Portman Recruitment Limited is assisting with a Deputy Manager role in UK children’s homes. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of care in a safe environment for children and young people.

The role requires at least 2 years in residential childcare, leadership experience, and Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England). A Level 5 Diploma is desirable with support offered.
