Sectora Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a key site in Dorset. The role oversees roughly 35 people across Hire, Service, Training, Purchasing and Administration, with strong emphasis on improving processes and accountability to support growth.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will drive day-to-day operations, resource planning and KPI delivery, ensuring excellent customer service and collaboration with Sales and Projects.
