Senior EU Regulatory Counsel – Asset Management

Vanguard is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support regulatory and governance initiatives across the Europe Legal team. You will provide technical advice on MiFID, UCITS, AIFM and UK rules, aligning regulatory change with business operations.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Public Policy and business units to respond to evolving regulations, manage complex issues and contribute to a high-volume legal function. Hybrid working 3 days in the office.
