Venture Capital Legal Counsel — Investment Transactions

Octopus Investments is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support Octopus Ventures’ investment activities. The role involves leading venture transactions, advising on portfolio company matters, and scaling legal delivery across the Ventures business within the OI Legal team.

Reporting to the Lead Venture Legal Counsel, you will work with investment professionals, founders and external advisers, while leveraging legal tech and AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.
