Director of Proposals & Strategy

Medpace is seeking an office-based Director of Proposals to join our Clinical Operations team in London. The role collaborates with medical experts and senior managers to develop the operational strategy for new business opportunities, including direct management of the proposal team.

You will mentor proposal writers, review RFPs, and participate in client meetings to craft compelling, compliant proposals and maintain best-in-class processes.
