Property Contracts Leader — FM, M&E Excellence (Hybrid)

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Head of Property Contract Management to take ownership of contract performance across our nationwide retirement living portfolio. You will lead technical assurance, oversee maintenance and compliance, and drive improvements in supplier performance and value for money.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, working with internal teams and external partners to protect assets, manage costs and deliver safe, high-quality services for residents.
