Senior Salmon Farm Manager — Lead Major Shetland Site

Scottish Sea Farms seeks an experienced Farm Manager to lead its Fish Holm salmon farm in Shetland. You will oversee a major new development with 12 pens and 6,000 tonnes biomass, and build a high-performing, safety-focused team.

This senior role requires proven leadership, strong knowledge of husbandry, health management and environmental compliance, plus the ability to drive productivity while maintaining welfare and environmental standards.
