Residential Site Manager – New Builds (Car Allowance + Bonus)

ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking three Site Managers to oversee three new residential developments in the UK. Each site will comprise 120–150 traditional-build units, with a strong emphasis on delivering safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Reporting to the Senior Site Manager, you will lead day-to-day management, coordinate trades, monitor progress, and ensure build specifications are met. A proactive approach and solid construction management qualifications are essential.
