Lead Construction Project Manager – Hybrid & Growth

Watkin Jones PLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead first-class student accommodation and build-to-rent schemes across the UK. You will work with the Construction Director, clients, and project team to ensure safe, timely delivery to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 4, HND, or Degree in construction or PM, with a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning software is required.
