Strategic Director, Corporate Finance & Funding Strategy

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is recruiting a Director of Corporate Finance for a large, infrastructure-led, private equity owned business in London. The role reports to the CFO and will lead corporate finance, funding strategy, capital structure optimisation, treasury and investor relations.

You will shape the funding model, manage liquidity, oversee debt and equity funding, and drive value creation through strategic financial analysis and capital allocation.
