You’ll have the opportunity to build and develop your own team .What you’ll be doingThis is a genuine 360 recruitment position covering temporary and permanent care recruitment.You’ll be responsible for:Developing new business and winning care-sector clientsBuilding and growing existing client relationshipsManaging the full 360 recruitment processRecruiting temporary and permanent care professionalsCandidate sourcing, screening and interviewingManaging temporary bookings and client requirementsEnsuring candidates are fully compliant before placementDeveloping a strong pipeline of candidatesAttending client meetings and identifying new opportunitiesWorking towards revenue, margin and placement targetsParticipating in an on-call rotaWorking directly with the Managing Director to grow the Care divisionAs the division develops, you’ll also have the opportunity to recruit, manage and develop your own team.Who are we looking for?We’re looking for someone who
already knows care recruitment .You could currently be a Care Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Leader or Recruitment Manager.What’s important is that you understand the sector and can operate a successful 360 desk.You’ll need experience in:Care, healthcare or social care recruitment360 recruitmentBusiness developmentClient relationship managementCandidate attraction and recruitmentTemporary and/or permanent recruitmentRecruitment compliancePrevious management experience would be advantageous, but we’re equally interested in an ambitious senior recruiter who is ready to take the next step.What’s in it for you?Generous salary
