Novus Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for the Basingstoke area, overseeing retrofit works in social housing and related sites. You’ll lead a small team of site managers, ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, and maintain health & safety standards across projects.
You will work client‑facing, mobilise retrofit contracts, and manage documentation in line with PAS 2030/2035 requirements, with a view to delivering social value to communities.
