Consultant Psychiatrist: Director of Safety & Quality

NHS Jobs in Worthing is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to take on the Director, Patient Safety & Quality Governance. The post will develop and continuously improve the Trust’s quality-governance and assurance framework, strengthen Ward-to-Board reporting and lead regulatory engagement.

They will bring together intelligence from incidents, complaints, deaths, audits, inspections and patient and carer feedback to identify risk, support learning and demonstrate sustained improvement.
