Strategic Chief Finance, Governance & Assets Officer

East Surrey is forming a new unitary authority and is seeking an exceptional executive leader to serve as Executive Director Finance, Governance and Assets and Statutory Section 151 Officer. You will shape financial sustainability, governance and assets for a 560,000-resident council with a budget up to £700m.

You will lead strategic finance, governance, risk, procurement and asset management while reporting to the Chief Executive.
