Major Incident Commander – Payments & Fraud Ops

Barclays is seeking a leader to head the Major Incident capability, focusing on payments and financial crime platforms. You will command crisis response, manage executive communications, and drive continuous operational improvements across an engineering-led organization.

The role includes leading Sev1/Sev2 incidents, running PIRs, resilience testing, and coordinating with Engineering, Product, and vendor teams. Four-day week (10 hours/day) with on-call shifts (1 in 4 weeks) is included.
