Worldwide Travel Consultant

Great opportunity to join this award-winning, luxury travel company as Worldwide Travel Consultant in their tailor-made team. You will be using your specialist long haul travel knowledge to create truly bespoke, extraordinary experiences to Worldwide destinations including Asia, Africa and the Indian Ocean . You will be an experienced Travel Consultant, with the expertise to create detailed long haul tailor-made itineraries. This role can either be remote or hybrid in the Cheshire area , offering a basic salary up to £30k with company bonus and the opportunity for development and worldwide FAM trips

Worldwide Travel Consultant – Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with tailor made itineraries to Asia, Africa, Indian Ocean and other long haul destinations including flights, hotels, tours and transfers
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain rates & source product for bespoke tailor-made enquiries.
• Manage the end to end sales & customer service journey, offering a high level of service
• Working to personal sales targets and building a repeat client base

Worldwide Travel Consultant – Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in a travel tailor-made sales role with knowledge of long haul destinations
• Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Good knowledge of supplier contracts and costing itineraries.
• Working knowledge of a travel GDS – preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.

Worldwide Travel Consultant – Additional Information:

• Basic salary up to £30K plus commission.
• Fully home based – all equipment provided.
• 37.5 hour working week, shifts between 9AM-5.30PM Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota, approx 2 per month.
