Parts Counter Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Assistant to join a well-established construction plant machinery company. A great opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge and excellent customer service skills!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source and order parts for customers and engineers.
• Process orders, quotations and invoices.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries and inventory.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and service teams.
• Support the day-to-day running of the parts department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Counter role.
• Experience within plant, construction or manufacturing desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good IT and organisational skills.
• Forklift experience beneficial, although training can be provided.
