HR Advisor – ER Specialist, UK Sites (12-Month FTC)

Alkegen is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide proactive HR services to managers and colleagues at UK sites. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor on people matters, delivering guidance across Employee Relations and HR administration.

You will manage a varied ER caseload, support recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning and change initiatives, and travel regularly between sites to drive a positive employee experience.
