People Manager & HR Partner – Multi-site Charity

Henlee Resourcing is working with a respected charity in Swindon to recruit their first permanent People Manager. This role blends strategic HR with hands-on delivery in a multi-site environment, reporting to senior leaders and shaping the people agenda.

You will lead a small People Team and drive HR projects across recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, and culture change, while ensuring a strong, practical grasp of UK employment law.
