Remote Service Team Manager — Mental Health Clinicians

Bupa is recruiting a Service Team Manager to lead remote Counsellor/Psychotherapist teams across the UK, with quarterly travel to Salford Quays. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) and remote-friendly, focused on improving patient experience and service delivery.

You’ll coach frontline clinicians, drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and support a culture of care through data-driven insights and constructive feedback.
