The National Trust is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead a large, multi-outlet Food & Beverage and Retail operation across the Bath portfolio. You’ll drive profitability while delivering exceptional visitor experiences and supporting conservation work.
Reporting to the commercial leadership, you will manage managers and teams, use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, oversee forecasting, cost control, and waste reduction, and champion safe, inclusive service for staff and visitors.
