Cardiff-Based Evidence Engagement Lead (12m FTC)

The National Lottery Community Fund is seeking an Evidence Engagement Manager (12-month FTC) to join the Evidence Services: Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales Team in Wales. You will link the Wales Portfolio with the wider team, shaping how evidence informs decisions across funding cycles and improving access to self-service tools.

You will translate user needs into evidence requirements, commission or coordinate product development, and lead the rollout to ensure user adoption and impact.
