Housing Officer: Localities & Tenancy Management

Birmingham City Council is seeking a Localities Housing Officer to deliver a proactive, customer-focused housing management service across the city. You will manage a varied caseload, including tenancy issues, complaints and breaches, using prevention, early intervention and enforcement where required.

Working with residents, colleagues and external partner agencies, you’ll help resolve housing-related issues, maintain accurate records, monitor performance and contribute to service improvements
