Senior QS – Residential New Build Leader

Job Box Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for residential new build projects in Marylebone, London. You will own subcontract procurement, commercial management and contract administration on major packages, from tender through to final account.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years UK construction experience, strong residential new build background and proven ability to manage large subcontract packages on £30m-£50m+ projects, with solid knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts.
