Site Manager – Water Treatment (ECI) – Long-Term Contract

Randstad CPE is seeking a Site Manager to lead the ECI phase and early works at a Water Treatment Works in Waterlooville, Hampshire. You will oversee ground investigations, trial holes, site establishment, and access road setups, coordinating with design engineers and the delivery team.

This long-term contract is outside IR35, pays £400-£450 per day, and requires CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and EUSR cards. You’ll manage subcontractors, safety, ITPs, RAMS, and daily diaries while ensuring progress
