EMEA Development Cost & Capital Planning Director

Nscale is seeking a Director of Development Cost Management & Capital Planning (EMEA) to establish cost certainty and govern the development budget from site screening through to delivery. London-based, hybrid with regular travel across EMEA, you’ll own L0-L2 estimates and consolidate diverse budgets into a single Total Development Cost (TDC).

You will build robust cost models, risk registers and investment-grade business cases, leading a growing team as the portfolio scales across the region.
