Construction & Property Recruitment is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading main contractor in the UK. The role involves managing two projects concurrently, with values ranging from about £2m to £30m, offering broad exposure and ownership of significant packages.
The package includes a salary up to circa £60,000, a car allowance, a market-leading bonus up to 25%, 35 days’ annual leave, and an enhanced pension.
