Director of Asset Strategy & Investments (Hybrid)

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management to shape the long-term strategy for its housing stock and communities.

You will lead cross-functional teams across property, investment and disposals, with agile working from Stratford or Manchester and travel across the UK as required.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive performance, asset strategies and stock rationalisation to ensure value and resident outcomes.
