Demobilisation Project Lead

The Demobilisation Project Lead is a Home Based role overseeing the exit and handover of a major government facilities management contract. You’ll coordinate the demobilisation plan, stakeholders and workstreams to support a smooth transition.

The Role

As the Demobilisation Project Lead, you’ll:

• Oversee the demobilisation plan for the contract exit.
• Manage the handover to support a smooth transition.
• Coordinate workstreams and engage stakeholders throughout the process.

About You

To be successful as the Demobilisation Project Lead, you’ll have:

• Experience of FM contract demobilisation or mobilisation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ideally, experience of government or complex FM contracts.
