We’ve got an exciting role for a Maintenance Supervisor to work on a high end commercial site based in Hertfordshire! This is a static position, following a fixed schedule of Monday – Friday, 8am – 5PM.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of M&E Engineers, allocate works, oversee site logbooks, RAMs, Permits, Contractors whilst also remaining on the tools carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
Motors & GeneratorsUPS SystemsEmergency LightingFire Alarm TestingAHUs, FCUs & VAVsPumps, Belts, Bearings & SealsSprinkler SystemsBMS OperationCarrying out plant and system isolations in line with safety proceduresEnsuring all corrective and repair works are completed to required regulations and standardsPromoting safe working practices and compliance across siteOrganising and managing subcontractorsCompleting RAMS, permits to work, and logbooksRaising and closing jobs via PDA systemsProducing reports and attending client meetingsKeeping the Account Manager updated on site activity and progressLiaising with client representatives regarding remedial and repair works.
Maintenance Supervisor Duties:
City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ OR Equivalent in Electrical Installations / EngineeringAt least 5 years experience within commercial building servicesAbility to lead a teamClient facingExcellent word and excel knowledge
Salary and Package:
Up to £50,000 per annumParking on siteMonday – Friday, 8am – 5pmCompany pension schemeOvertime and callouts availableInternal progressionAdditional training
