This is a hands-on role involving the handling, inspection, counting, and maintenance of formwork and scaffolding equipment. You’ll play an important part in ensuring materials are prepared, organised, and ready for customer use.Key Responsibilities

• Manual handling of formwork and scaffolding materials.
• Counting and checking equipment in and out of the yard.
• Inspecting materials for damage and reporting any defects.
• Carrying out basic maintenance, cleaning, and repairs where required.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Organising and storing stock within the yard.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, labouring, or industrial environment is preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling.
• Good attention to detail when counting and inspecting equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
• FLT Counterbalance experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
