The Role
As one of two Team Managers, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team. Reporting into the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, you’ll help lead a team of 16 colleagues, ensuring the store consistently exceeds expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and coaching a team to deliver outstanding results
- Driving sales performance through excellent customer service and commercial awareness
- Supporting recruitment, training and people development initiatives
- Creating a positive and engaging store culture
- Managing day-to-day store operations and maintaining high visual standards
- Acting as a role model on the shop floor, leading by example and inspiring the team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or management role within retail
- A natural people leader with strong coaching and development skills
- High energy, positivity and a hands-on management style
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and KPIs
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
Package
- Salary: £28,300
- £13.96 per hour
- 39 hours per week
