Hotel Receptionist and Concierge – Ware£13.00 per hour | Flexible Ad Hoc Shifts

We are looking for experienced Hotel Receptionists & Concierges to join a luxury hotel in Ware on a flexible, ad hoc basis.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous hotel reception or concierge experience
• Own transport required due to the hotel’s location
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional and friendly approach
• Flexibility to work ad hoc shifts

Duties include:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Concierge and guest assistance
• Booking management
• Telephone and email enquiries
• Delivering outstanding customer service
