Remote IT Service Desk Agent (TSA Focus)

GovCIO is recruiting a Service Desk professional for the TSA Focus contract, with the role located in the United States and fully remote. You will serve as the first point of contact for ITSM activities, logging and routing incidents, and providing basic troubleshooting guided by KBAs.

Requirements include a high school diploma with at least 3 years of IT service desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to escalate complex issues to specialized teams.
