Senior HR Operations (Maternity Cover) – Hybrid London

QCIC in London is seeking a Senior HR Administrator on a maternity cover for 9 months. You will provide high-quality HR support, manage HRIS data, onboarding and offboarding, and payroll changes, while supporting policy reviews and learning initiatives.

The role requires strong HR systems experience (Dynamics 365, PeopleHR), excellent organisational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive, customer-focused approach in a hybrid office environment near Moorgate/Liverpool Street.
