Employee Relations Associate – Hybrid Ireland

Mount Charles is seeking an Employee Relations Associate to provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters. The role includes general HR administrative duties and supporting the Employee Relations team in delivering the people strategy across the island of Ireland.

Working pattern includes 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working model. The rewards package includes 25 days leave, life assurance, pension, and wellbeing programs.
