Remote Recruitment Coordinator – End-to-End (Regional Travel)

Hill Care Group is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to run end-to-end recruitment for its UK regions. The role is home-based with regional travel and requires proactive, relationship-focused recruitment across care homes.

You’ll manage adverts, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support safer recruitment, and help managers hire people who reflect the CARE values. You’ll report to the Head of People and work with another Coordinator.
