Hotel & Guest Experience Lead – Multi-Dept Operations

Northern Sands Hotel in Dunnet, Caithness, is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead its team across hotel, restaurant, bar and accommodation operations.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff training, guest service, events and marketing, and ensure high standards of presentation and efficiency.

With at least five years in hospitality management, you will manage rotas, budgeting, licensing compliance, and drive guest satisfaction in a busy, seasonal setting.
