Site Agent – Water & Infra | Immediate Start (Outside IR35)

RTL Group Ltd in Luton is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead civil engineering projects involving water, wastewater, infrastructure and environmental works. You will own planning, management and delivery to ensure safety, on-programme performance, budget control and high quality outcomes.

This immediate role is Outside IR35 with potential to extend to longer-term projects following the initial assignment, demanding rigorous site leadership and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
