Lead Bid Writer – Hybrid (Social Housing)

Fawkes & Reece London is recruiting a Bid Writer to lead the bid function for a growing Social Housing contractor. The role focuses on writing company submissions, tender proposals, and information documents for Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Estimating and Operations, set up best-practice libraries, and contribute to bid strategy to improve win rates. Hybrid work with 2–3 days in the Oldham office.
