Non-Financial Risk Associate — Operational Risk

TP ICAP is seeking a Risk Associate in Non-Financial Risk Management based in Belfast. You will support identification, assessment and management of non-financial risks across the organisation, embedding risk practices into daily activities and strategic initiatives.

You will analyse risk assessments, risk appetite, controls, events and issues, and produce clear risk reporting for senior management and governance committees, helping to foster a proactive risk culture.
