Lead Estimator: End-to-End Tender Lead for New Builds

Contract Scotland is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its Central Scotland team. You will lead end-to-end estimating for new-build projects, undertaking take-offs, pricing and package build-ups across all trades.

The role covers industrial, commercial and social housing schemes with values up to £20m. You will liaise with subcontractors and design teams to develop robust tender submissions.
