Bricklayer
to join a leading property repairs and maintenance contractor working across Merseyside.
The Role
You’ll carry out a variety of brickwork repairs and building maintenance within occupied and void residential properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Brickwork repairs to walls and structuresBlockwork, repointing and general masonry repairsCutting and laying bricks and blocksWorking from drawings and job specificationsMaintaining safe and tidy work areasCompleting job records using a PDA/digital systemProviding a professional service to residents
Requirements
Proven bricklaying experienceExperience in repairs and maintenance or social housing (desirable)Ability to work independently and manage your workloadGood understanding of Health & SafetyFull UK driving licence
