| Sheffield | Full Time | Negotiable depending on experienceReady to take the lead and help shape the next chapter of a unique independent venue?Church – Temple of Fun is an independent venue looking for an entrepreneurial leader to take responsibility for the whole business, bringing energy, ideas and strong leadership while working with the owner to take Church into its next stage of growth.Church sits within Osborn Works, a creative environment bringing together fashion, design, printing, events, hospitality and music.The RoleYou’ll work closely with the owner to understand his vision and ideas for Church, then take ownership of turning them into reality. You’ll develop ideas, make decisions and drive them forward, while also bringing ideas of your own.We’re looking for someone who naturally sees opportunities, thinks creatively about growth and can turn good ideas into practical plans.You’ll have overall responsibility for the whole Church operation, including front of house, bar, kitchen, marketing and events.
