Strategic HR Partner – Employee Relations (Hybrid, UK)

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced HR Employee Partner to support the South of England, primarily Plymouth. The role involves travel to other sites in the UK around 30–40% of the time and requires partnering with employees, managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR service.

You’ll shape HR transformation with a trusted presence, coaching leaders, guiding change, and embedding new ways of working as the HR model evolves.
