Onsite Lean Production Manager – KPI & CI Leader

Hillarys in Nottingham seeks a highly driven Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations and hit KPIs through structured problem-solving and continuous improvement. This hands-on role owns output, quality, delivery, cost and labour efficiency on a site with full-time onsite requirements.
