Head of Client & Governance (Bus Operations)

West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) seeks an experienced leader to join Transport for West Midlands as Head of Client, taking operational leadership of WMCA’s Bus Company client function. You will be WMCA’s primary contact for Bus Company activity and manage the strategic relationship between the organisations.

The role requires governance, board reporting, risk and financial oversight, plus leading, developing and influencing across senior stakeholders.
