The role focuses on strategic design of the Hub model, sustaining small schools within a partnership, and delivering measurable improvements in children’s experiences and outcomes.

You will oversee Heads of School, drive collaborative leadership, and contribute to shaping the future direction of the Learning Academy Partnership.
