Credit Administration Lead: LMA Deals & Cash Flow Modeling

Gold Group in Central London is seeking a Credit Administration Associate to join a professional team handling syndicated and bilateral UK and European investment and development loans. You will interpret LMA facility clauses, manage warehouse/construction deals, and build cash flow models with waterfalls, while supporting borrower reporting.

You will coordinate with lenders, borrowers and their lawyers on amendments, waivers, and redemptions, and manage transfers and drawdowns across the loan
